“Never forget to remain a student while you teach others.” – Jerry Corsten
At times learning programs do not drive the desired impact because the facilitation is not able to fulfil two key elements – one the context and second the right business examples.
Many organisations have sub-cultures or systems that are complex for an external facilitator or consultant to grasp in a short time, and this impacts the level of depth and connect of the learning session.
Train-the-trainer (TTT) is a model where organisations can take the lead to deliver sessions, partnering with their internal leaders and managers, to create powerful impacts.
In this endeavour, ‘Being a Well trained Facilitator means you can train others Well’
WE have two approaches to our Train the Trainer ( TTT ) certification program:

The advantage of adopting a Train-the-Trainer approach is that you leverage in-house talent and experience. It also helps to cover a large group of participants in a short time frame and is easy on the pocket. TTT also poses advantages for sessions which focus on functional or domain skills because of in-depth knowledge present in the leaders or subject- matter experts .
Also, to become a learning organisation it is essential to develop internal trainers that enable learning journeys and build capabilities in their teams.
