Founder: About Mohini Mathur

Mohini Mathur is the founder and principal consultant of WINNING EDGE Training and Consulting. She is a practicing Corporate Trainer and a Human Resources & Organizational Development Consultant (HR/ OD) for over 23 years and has partnered with multiple organisations across industries for varied initiatives.
Mohini has a strong academic background :
  • Being a gold medallist in psychology, Mohini also bagged a national scholarship while pursuing her degree in Psychology from
    St. Xavier's, Mumbai (BA in Psychology 1992).
  • She pursued her Masters degree in MSW, in 1994 from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai. At TISS, she received the
    'Best Student' award for select subject areas and has a strong foundation in social and human sciences.
  • Mohini is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC), from The International Coach Federation ( ICF, USA )
  • A certified Neuro Linguistic Programming ( NLP ) practitioner.
  • Mohini is also a certified FIRO-B , DISC and Thomas Personal Profile Analysis ( PPA ) facilitator.
  • Mohini is a facilitator of Total Quality Management (TQM) frameworks, incorporated from Association of technical scientists, Japan.

Mohini is known for her strength and ability to identify the unstated needs of her clients and design the best-fit solution to drive the desired results or outcomes. Her passion to Pursue Excellence stems from her foundation in TQM and her focus on continuous improvement.
Her vast experience, systemic approach and passionate client servicing helps her design and identify relevant frameworks, approaches or models to provide sustainable and effective solutions. All her solutions have a very strong orientation towards implementation ideas and making tangible differences.
As a facilitator, Mohini has been recognized for her ability to connect with audiences across levels with great ease. Her connect while coaching or facilitating top management and senior leaders is equal to her flair as a facilitator for large mid-level and execution teams.
  • With a keen interest to hone varied hobbies, Mohini is an active long-distance cyclist and takes thrill in the adrenaline rush of riding for kilometres at length. She is known to team with cyclist groups in the city for rides in and outside the city.
  • Rejuvenating herself through mesmerizing renditions of Hindustani classical music, is what keeps Mohini spiritually grounded. Having learnt classical music during childhood, she has developed deep knowledge of the art. Deciphering various ragas and singing her favourite 'bandishes' gives her a real high.
  • When not listening to music or riding on the streets of the city, she can be found testing her new recipes in the kitchen. She often teams up with other chef friends to experiment cooking a variety of cuisines. Mohini is currently working on publishing her cookbook themed 'Cooking like the restaurants'.

Our Team

Mohini has a team of empanelled consultants and trainers who bring domain expertise and years of industry experience. Each associate consultant gets involved in specific interventions and projects and adds value accordingly. Our team of consultants are also certified in various psychometric assessment tools and offer their expertise as required.
Wanderstruck, Mumbai, is our official offsite and adventure activity partner for interventions or programs which require extensive outdoor management and activities. Their stringent standards of safety and quality ensure highest levels of participant comfort.
We also partner with other experts for activities like Drum circles and Theatre and Art related workshop themes. We become a one window shop for our client partners.
